Filter Cartridges

Facet International’s line of filter cartridges is used in many markets, wherever the removal of solids from liquids or gas is required. They come in a large selection of media, pleated and multipleated paper, fiberglass, screen wrap, or combinations. They cover a wide range of compatibilities and offer solids retention capabilities from 0.5 to 750 microns. They all have an outsider diameter of 6 inches, an inside diameter of 3 ½ inches and come in a variety of lengths.

- M Series High Efficiency Pleated Paper Filter Cartridges

High Efficiency Pleated Paper Filter Cartridges are designed to effectively remove solids contaminants from any liquid, gas or liquid gas. Their pleated filter media is made of a variety of natural and synthetic fibers to provide excellent filtration and solids holding characteristics. A perforated outer wrap is available if required. The spirally wound core reduces cartridge weight, increases strength and results in lower freight costs and easier changeouts.

- M Series Multimedia Pleated Filter Cartridges

The Multimedia Pleated Filter Cartridges are designed for removing solids, including extremely fine solids, from process streams. Here, the combination of multimedia pleated paper and fiberglass sheets provide a unique depth filter with a large surface area.

- CIF Series Crushable Filter Cartridges

Facet patented CIF Series High Efficiency Pleated Paper Filter Cartridges are excellent for removing solids contaminants from different fuels, oil, solvent or industrial water. Since CIF cartridges have no metal components, they may be easily crushed, reducing disposal volume by 80 %, and then incinerated. To use the CIF Series Cartridges requires the one time installation of a center tube kit. Each Facet kit contains all the necessary hardware and components required to convert any housing fitted with 6 inch OD by 3-½ inch ID cartridges.

- MG Series Glass Fiber Filter Cartridges

The Glass Fiber Filter Cartridges are designed to remove solids 10 micron or larger, or where compatibility problems exist with cellulose media. This series is available with either stainless steel or coated metal components. Both have CAFF or non-asbestos gaskets and metal outer wrap.

- MPC Series High Efficiency Caustic Filter Cartridges

The MPC Series High Efficiency Caustic Filter Cartridges are designed to effectively remove solids contaminants where caustic carry over may cause a pH of up to 13. Their pleated paper media is constructed of an epoxy modified phenol resin.

- M Series Screen Wrapped Filter Cartridges

The M Series Screen Wrapped Filter Cartridges are stainless steel surface filters for removing solids from liquids, compressed air and most gaseous fluids. Assembled by wrapping layers of stainless steel mesh cloth around a perforated outer support shell, these cartridges are cleanable and reusable.
